The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for our new year ski trip. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the comfortable robes provided in the room.
The room was outdated and uncomfortable with no control over the temperature, making it very hot at night. the bar prices were quite expensive, which was a downside.

We had an exquisite stay in this luxurious hotel! The exclusive amenities in the room met our expectations, making us feel pampered. The Spa & Wellness Centre was perfect for indulging ourselves in a relaxing massage, sauna and Jacuzzi, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with breathtaking views of the mountains and easy access to the outdoor swimming pool. The service from staff members was impeccable, making our stay unforgettable.
There was only one minor issue: the internet signal in the room was not strong, which made it difficult to connect. However, this was overcome by going to the bar area where the Wi-Fi was strong.

The hotel facilities and room were very clean and well-appointed, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The breakfast had a great range of options that catered to my dietary restrictions.
Nothing could have been better. The only downside was the overheated restaurant, but it wasn't a big issue for me.

Wonderful experience! Well-appointed and cozy room with stunning mountain views. The staff was one of the most helpful and kind-hearted that I have ever come across. They went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible, and I was even provided with extra amenities to enjoy on my balcony. The buffet breakfast was top-notch and offered an extensive range of gluten-free options.
Although my stay was fantastic, there were a few minor flaws that detracted from my experience. The room was blazing hot at night and had no temperature control options, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
